Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how ParcelGoose handles packages received at our US warehouse and forwards them to customers in Saudi Arabia and other supported destinations.
Your US Shipping Address
Upon registration, you are assigned a unique locker ID and a US-based shipping address at our Texas warehouse facility. Use this address when shopping at US retailers. Include your locker ID in the address line (e.g., "Suite PG-12345") so we can identify your incoming packages.

Package Receipt
- We accept packages Monday through Friday during business hours.
- You will be notified by email when a package arrives at our facility.
- We photograph packages upon arrival so you can verify contents and condition.
- Packages are logged to your account within 1 business day of receipt.
Storage
Packages are stored free of charge for the first 14 days after arrival. After 14 days, a fee of $2.00 per package per day applies until the package is shipped or retrieved.
Packages not claimed or shipped within 90 days of arrival may be disposed of or donated at our discretion.
Consolidation (Bundle Shipping)
You can combine multiple packages into a single shipment to save on international shipping costs. To request consolidation, log in to your account and submit a bundle request from your dashboard. Our warehouse team will review and process your request within 2–3 business days.
Additional services available during consolidation (fees may apply):
- Repackaging into a smaller or sturdier box
- Removal of original retail packaging to reduce weight/volume
- Extra protective wrapping
- Package photography on request
Shipping Rates
International shipping rates are calculated based on actual weight and dimensional (volumetric) weight, whichever is greater. Rates vary by carrier and service level. You will be shown a quote before confirming shipment.
All rates are quoted in US dollars and do not include Saudi customs duties or VAT.
Carriers
We work with multiple international carriers to provide competitive rates. Available carriers and estimated transit times are shown at checkout. Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Customs and Duties
All shipments to Saudi Arabia are subject to customs inspection. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete customs declarations for all items
- Paying any applicable Saudi customs duties and VAT upon delivery
- Ensuring your shipment complies with Saudi import regulations
ParcelGoose is not responsible for customs delays, duties assessed, or packages seized due to prohibited items or inaccurate declarations.
Tracking
Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also view tracking information in your account dashboard.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Compensation is subject to the carrier's claims process and the declared value of the shipment.
We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
