Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines when ParcelGoose ("we," "us," or "our") will issue refunds for shipping charges and service fees.
Shipping Fees
Before Dispatch
If you have paid for a shipment that has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse, you may request a cancellation and full refund of the shipping fee by contacting us at support@parcelgoose.com. Cancellations must be requested before the package is handed to the carrier.
After Dispatch
Once a package has been dispatched to the carrier, shipping fees are non-refundable. The carrier assumes responsibility for the shipment at that point.
Service Fees
Fees for additional services (repackaging, consolidation labor, photography, etc.) are non-refundable once the service has been performed.
Storage Fees
Storage fees that have already been charged are non-refundable.
Lost or Damaged Packages
ParcelGoose is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by carriers. If your package is lost in transit, you must file a claim directly with the carrier. We will assist with providing documentation (tracking records, photos) to support your claim.
If a package is damaged during handling at our warehouse facility, we will compensate you for the fair market value of the damaged items, up to a maximum of $100 per shipment. Damage claims must be submitted within 7 days and include photographic evidence.
Customs Refusals
If a package is refused or seized by customs due to prohibited items or incorrect declarations provided by you, no refund will be issued for shipping fees or service charges. It is your responsibility to verify import restrictions for your destination country before shipping.
Duplicate Charges
If you were charged more than once for the same service due to a payment processing error, please contact us and we will issue a full refund of the duplicate charge within 5–7 business days.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@parcelgoose.com with:
- Your full name and account email
- Your locker ID
- The package or bundle reference number
- A brief description of the issue
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
